The Tooth Fairy's First Visit!

Urgent News! Hot off the press!

My daughter Mikayla isn't one screw short, she's short one tooth! Who would have thunk it!? My baby's growing up. And she was so determined to get that tooth out, she was braver than I've ever been. I fought past my sqweamishness and did the pulling (while Tom was doing some snoring) around 11:30pm!

Any longer I would have considered the tying of the tooth!

This is Ariana (from when I used to work for PartyLite). She was my gift to Mikayla as a baby, lighting a candle to gently scent her room. Now as a little girl, it holds her first tooth lost (in the fiary/angel's hand) awaiting the tooth fairy, whom will leave a quarter in the glass bowl beside her. Then as she grows into a young lady, she will fill the bowl with rings and necklaces. Someday she'll be grown up enough to light her own candles there. And when the time comes for her to have babes of her own, she will pass it onto one of them.
